Clément FAYAT
President

Born in 1932, Clément FAYAT, the founder of the Group that bears his name, managed his first company when he was 22 years old. Self-taught, he started out as a contractor in the Bordeaux area in 1957. A firm believer in growth and development, today he is at the head of France's largest independent group.


Michel BOUCHET
General Manager

An ESTP-trained engineer born in 1942, Michel BOUCHET joined the first company to be taken over by Clément FAYAT in 1967. He then became Director of the "Construction" sector of FAYAT ENTREPRISE TP and ten years later, he took over the management of the steel construction company CASTEL et FROMAGET. He was appointed General Manager of the Group in 1982. After 40 years in service with the Group, Michel Bouchet became General Manager of RAZEL in January 2009.


Jean-Claude FAYAT
General Manager

Born in 1958, Jean-Claude FAYAT, the oldest son of Clément FAYAT is graduated from ESIM, the engineering school in Marseille. A Group shareholder, he began his career as director of the handling and hoisting company ADC in 1985 before becoming director of the mechanical and industrial activities in 1991. Strongly involved in the companies’ organisation, management and development, he became CEO of the Group in 1994.

Laurent FAYAT
General Manager

Born in 1967, Laurent FAYAT is a graduate of the ISG (International Business and Management School). The youngest son of Clément FAYAT and a shareholder of the Group, Laurent FAYAT held administrative, management control and managerial positions in the Pressure Vessel division. Then, within the Construction and Civil Engineering division, he took over the management of the foundations companies: SEFI-INTRAFOR, SOTRAISOL FONDATIONS and FRANKI FONDATION.
Today, he is the Group's General Manager and, since January 2009 he was appointed President of RAZEL.
